Experience

Rhys is a fully qualified tax inspector having previously worked for HMRC for 7 years, during which he worked as a Senior Investigator in the Fraud Investigation Service and as a strategy lead in HMRC's offshore risking department. Rhys has worked in private practice since 2022.

Work highlights

Rhys has achieved positive outcomes for businesses subject to cross tax enquiries, while also supporting large corporates with obligations associated with cross border transactions. Rhys has supported clients with HMRC information requests also, including litigation support.
