Sheena McCabe Associate Director - Accounting Advisory Services

Sheena is an Associate Director in the Accounting advisory services team at Forvis Mazars. Sheena specialises in providing technical accounting support to clients across a wide range of industries in multiple jurisdictions.

Experience

Sheena is a chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience working within audit and accounting advisory services.

She is experienced in advising clients on the application of IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP, including the provision of technical accounting opinions, GAAP implementation and conversion, group reconstructions and complex consolidations. Sheena is currently helping clients with the implementation of FRS 102 changes, which were introduced in January 2026 and will impact most businesses. 

Work highlights

Sheena leads complex projects for our clients, including wraparound accounting support for significant group reconstructions, business combinations and IPO transactions and has a special interest in complex consolidations and consolidated cash flow statements.

Sheena also specialises in providing distributable profits assessments under UK companies' legislation.
