Sheena is a chartered accountant with over 15 years of experience working within audit and accounting advisory services.

She is experienced in advising clients on the application of IFRS, UK GAAP and US GAAP, including the provision of technical accounting opinions, GAAP implementation and conversion, group reconstructions and complex consolidations.

Work highlights

Sheena leads complex projects for our clients including wraparound accounting support for significant group reconstructions, business combinations and IPO transactions, and has a special interest in complex consolidations and consolidated cash flow statements.

Sheena also specialises in providing distributable profits assessments under UK companies' legislation.
