Experience 

Tarifa has more than 20 years’ experience in transactions. She has been involved in over 180 deals on the buy and sell side, for corporates and investors, and numerous cross-border transactions (including the US and Europe). Tarifa has worked with SMEs through to listed organisations and has provided strategic advice, pre-sale readiness and business reviews, financial due diligence, completion mechanisms and SPA, and post-deal considerations.

Work Highlights 

Tarifa’s clients span across a range of sectors including industrials and manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, consumer goods, and support services (FM and outsourcing). Over the last decade, Tarifa has developed a deep specialism in private healthcare and life Sciences, becoming the co-lead for this sector. Tarifa has worked across a number of sub-sectors, including care providers and global speciality pharmaceutical firms, through to retail pharmacies, pharma services, drug discovery, medical devices/products and technology.
