Thomas Scrupps Manager - Financial Planning

Tom is a Chartered Financial Planner, working with clients to structure their finances in line with their longer-term goals efficiently.

He is also a medical specialist, financial planner with an in-depth understanding of the NHS Pension Scheme and the necessary planning for healthcare professionals.

Experience 

Tom joined the firm in 2017 as a graduate trainee, before attaining Chartered Financial Planner status in 2022. Tom works with a wide range of clients, helping individuals, families and business owners navigate the complexities in their finances through different stages of life, including general tax structuring, pension planning, investment management and IHT/estate planning. His aim is to produce simple and effective strategies that are aligned with longer-term objectives.

He is also a medical specialist Financial Planner and supports healthcare professionals at all stages of their careers, including retirement planning and NHS Pension modelling.

Work highlights 

Most of Tom's career highlights relate to helping clients through particularly complex financial situations, allowing people to feel that they are 'on track' financially so that they can focus on the things that really matter to them.
