Zoe Johnston Associate Director - Accounting & Outsourcing

Zoe is a Chartered Certified Accountant and leads our provision of outsourcing solutions to clients in the Financial Services sector, particularly Insurance, Asset management and Financial advisory businesses.

Experience 

Since joining the firm in 2012 as a trainee Zoe has specialised in Outsourcing, including working on secondment in client's businesses. This experience has enabled Zoe to support her client's outsourced accounting needs whether that be with all or part of their finance function.

Zoe and her team have experience preparing a large number of Lloyds of London Corporate Member accounts, supporting other financial services companies through high growth acquisition phases whilst streamlining processes, attending board meetings to discuss prepared packs, and providing full end-to-end accounts payable services alongside regular reporting and compliance work.

Work Highlights 

• Assisting in launching the Financial Services outsourcing team from scratch, building a team of technical experts which has now reached in excess of 20 people.
• Being ranked in the Accountancy Age's top 35 under 35 list in 2019, and in 2022 Zoe was shortlisted for the Accounting Excellence Breakout Star of the Year award.
