Shivani’s appointment reflects the firm’s continued commitment to technical excellence, strengthening audit quality and investing in outstanding talent 

In her new role, Shivani will focus on continuing the growth and development of Forvis Mazars UK’s global audit delivery team, building a culture that enables the consistent delivery of highquality audits for the firm’s clients. She will also continue to lead the firm’s Audit Quality Transformation Programme, embedding highquality, consistent processes that enhance operational excellence and elevate the client experience. Her work will drive greater efficiency, reinforce resilience and ensure the firm’s audit approach remains robust, scalable and sustainable for the long term.

Shivani’s previous roles at Forvis Mazars have focused on driving improvements in audit quality. She brings over 20 years of experience leading audit teams and delivering major audit-quality related transformation programmes.
