Gabriel Fuenmayor Mata Partner - Transfer Pricing

Gabriel is a Tax Partner based in London, who leads our Transfer pricing team in the UK. He oversees Transfer pricing projects for Multinational groups, ranging in a diverse number of industries as well as sizes from privately owned groups, to large listed ones.

Experience

Gabriel has more than 20 years of experience in a vast array of Transfer pricing-related work including the design of TP policies and pricing models, planning, implementation, risk management, valuation, documentation, defence, and controversy management.

He has worked within two of the Big 4 accounting firms in the UK, US, Spain and Venezuela, as well as in BDO UK. Gabriel also spent a number of years working in-house as the TP global chief economist for Siemens in Munich.

Gabriel has undertaken TP projects in over 60 countries and has been a guest speaker at several Tax and Transfer pricing international conferences, covering diverse industries and topics. He combines deep technical expertise with a pragmatic, innovative approach.
