Lydia has over 13 years of experience in tax disputes and resolution, specialising primarily in personal tax matters. Her work spans a wide range of issues, including Self‑Assessment enquiries, residence and domicile challenges, Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax disputes, employment status and IR35 matters, offshore tax issues and worldwide disclosures. 

She is also experienced in addressing tax avoidance scheme enquiries, penalties, discovery assessments and serious fraud investigations under Code of Practice 9.
