Nathan Reay Head of Technology, Media & Telecommunications

Nathan is the UK Sector Leader for Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT), responsible for growing the firm's TMT offering both in the UK and globally as a member of the firm's Global TMT Board. In addition, Nathan leads the Mergers & acquisitions (M&A) team, focusing on the TMT sector in the UK.

Experience

Nathan is an Investment Banker and former C-suite executive with 25 years of experience in global strategy and M&A, spanning Hong Kong, Sydney and London. Nathan’s previous roles have included leading strategy for national and international multi-platform media companies, overseeing global investments in technology and media, and participation in joint ventures across various sectors. He has also sat on the Investment Committee and Board of a technology-focused venture capital fund.

Additionally, he has been on the advisory board of a number of technology, e-commerce and content platforms and served as acting CEO of various TMT investments post-acquisition. Nathan was also a Managing Partner of a global boutique M&A corporate advisory firm focused on TMT and has also held Partner & Senior Management roles in global advisory firms.
