Forvis Mazars appoints global executive as Technology, Media and Telecommunications (“TMT”) sector leader
Nathan will be responsible for growing Forvis Mazars’ TMT offering both in the UK and the 100-plus countries in which the firm operates as a member of its Global TMT Board. In addition, Nathan will lead the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) team focusing on TMT in the UK.
Nathan is an Investment Banker and former C-suite executive with 25 years’ experience in global strategy and M&A, spanning Hong Kong, Sydney and London. Nathan’s previous roles have included leading strategy for national and international multi-platform media companies, overseeing global investments in technology and media, and participating in joint ventures across various sectors. He has also sat on the Investment Committee and Board of a technology-focused venture capital fund.
Additionally, he has been on the advisory board of a number of technology, e-commerce and content platforms, and served as acting CEO of various TMT investments post-acquisition. Nathan was also a Managing Partner of a global boutique M&A corporate advisory firm focused on TMT, and has also held Partner & Senior Management roles in global advisory firms
