Experience 

Nick has many years of experience in delivering transfer pricing solutions to a range of clients from FTSE100 to owner managed. His experience includes all aspects of transfer pricing, more specifically:

• Expert in thin cap analyses particularly in the Private Equity and Leveraged Buy Out market and also in the infrastructure and renewables sector.
• Negotiating positions with HMRC and dealing with complex disputes.
• Ensuring that the outcomes of transfer pricing operating models within a group are in line with value creation.
• Attribution of profits to permanent establishments.
• Assisting in the implementation and operational aspects of transfer pricing operating models.
• Undertaking all aspects of economic analysis and transfer pricing documentation in line with the updated OECD Guidelines.
