Prasad is Head of Applied AI for Financial Services at Forvis Mazars in the UK. He helps banks and insurers move from AI experimentation to scaled adoption through practical operating models, governance, data foundations and measurable business outcomes, drawing on more than 20 years of technology, transformation and AI leadership experience.

Experience

Prasad leads Applied AI for Financial Services, advising banks, insurers and financial institutions on how to translate AI ambition into sustainable business value. With more than 20 years of experience spanning consulting, financial services and technology, he has held leadership roles across AI, data and digital transformation and large-scale technology delivery.

He has held leadership roles at HSBC, Samsung, Microsoft, Infosys and founded AI ventures. Prasad specialises in AI operationalisation, AI operating models, workflow redesign, governance and assurance, data foundations, and value measurement. He works with executive teams to establish the capabilities, controls and organisational structures required to deploy AI safely and effectively at scale. He also contributes to the wider AI community through thought leadership, industry engagement and the London AI Practitioners network. 

Work highlights

Throughout his career, Prasad has helped organisations move beyond AI pilots and establish practical, enterprise-scale adoption. A key highlight has been the development of AI operationalisation approaches that enable financial institutions to introduce AI with clear governance, business ownership and measurable outcomes, helping bridge the gap between experimentation and production.

He has built and led AI practices, advised senior executives on AI transformation strategies, and supported complex technology modernisation programmes across banking, insurance and technology sectors. In addition, Prasad founded the London AI Practitioners community, creating a platform for knowledge sharing among AI leaders and practitioners. He is also the author of numerous thought leadership articles on enterprise AI adoption and is currently writing a book, The AI Native Enterprise, which explores how organisations can successfully operate in an AI-driven future.
