Rachel Lei Associate Director - Transfer Pricing

Rachel is an Associate Director within the UK Tax - Transfer Pricing team, after joining in February 2024. She is a U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the USA.

Experience 

Rachel has over nine years of experience in Transfer Pricing, advising various UK and overseas-based multinationals on various aspects of Transfer Pricing, including the design of transfer pricing policies, planning, implementation, documentation, compliance and controversy. Rachel specialises in Financial Services Transfer Pricing but also has vast experience in non-FS TP. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel worked with two Big Four accounting firms in New York and China on transfer pricing and tax asset management.

Rachel also leads the UK China Desk and is a part of the Global China Services team.
